12-14 hours before, feed sourdough start
Mix together your flour, salt, water, and sourdough starter
Rise dough for 4-8 hours until it doubles in size, covered with a damp tea towel
Once dough rises, prepare glass casserole dish with a generous amount of olive oil
Flop your risen dough onto the grease casserole dish
Flip it to the other side, so both sides are coated in oil
30-45 min before desired baking time, preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit
Rest dough for 1-2 hours
Using your fingers, press repeatedly into the bread pushing the corners of the dough into the corners of the dish. The bread should be bumpy with a lot of indents
Add desired seasonings
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
