Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
Place 5 tbsps of butter in the casserole dish, then place in the dish in the oven to melt the butter
Combine eggs, milk, sourdough discard, flour, vanilla, and salt into your blender to make your batter
Pour batter mixture into the dish with the hot butter, place back in the oven
Cook for 18-24 minutes.
The top should not be eggy when done
