Ingredients

All Purpose Flour

Baking Powder

Sugar

Sourdough Discard

Spinach

Instructions
Green Dye:
Boil Water and Spinach together for 2-3 minutes
Use an Immersion Blender to combine and smoothe the mixture.
(I used 1 ⅓ c of this mix to dye my mixture)
Pancakes:
In a bowl, mix dry ingredients together (1 ¾ C All Purpose Flour, 3 ½ Tsp Baking Powder, 1 Tbsp Sugar, Pinch Salt)
Add wet ingredients (1 C Milk, 2 Eggs, ¼ c Sourdough Discard, and 1 ⅓ c spinach mixture)
Heat pan and coat with oil
Scoop pancake batter onto pan (This is where you can make cute designs like shamrocks).
Flip to the other side once the top looks bubbly and nearly cooked through
